Returns Policy

We want you to love your products as much as we do, but for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we do offer our customers returns. To start a return, you must contact us at office.vintageblossom@gmail.com stating your name and order number, and reason for your return. We will then provide you with the returns address.

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted item(s)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn, tags still attached and in the original packaging.
  • If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, we have the right to send the item(s) back to you, and your refund request will be declined 
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly advise you to retain your proof of postage, and where possible post the items back to us using a tracked service. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during postage.
  • Original postage costs will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), and payments returned to the original payment account

Damages and issues:

All of items are quality checked before postage, however in the unlikely event that your item(s) are faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, providing us with full details and images of the fault, to allow us to evaluate the issue as soon as possible and make it right. In the instance where the item is faulty, we will happily offer you an exchange on return of goods, or a full refund including the original shipping costs
