How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at office.vintageblossom@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return any unwanted items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
- Items returned showing clear signs of wear will be sent back to you, and your refund request will be declined.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
- We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of faulty items).
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All items are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item:
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:
- A full refund, including the original shipping cost, or
- An exchange, once the faulty item is returned.
