Pre-order Information
If you purchase multiple items and one or more are marked as "PRE-ORDER", we will hold all in-stock items and dispatch everything together in one shipment when the pre-order item arrives.
If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for the pre-order item.
When placing an order that includes a pre-order, we aim to deliver the item within the time frame stated on the product page. Please note this is an estimated dispatch date — items may arrive slightly earlier or later than expected. We strongly advise allowing an extra week for delivery if you’re ordering for a specific date.
If you decide to cancel a pre-order, please email us at office.vintageblossom@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can process your cancellation and issue a refund.
Once your pre-order item has arrived and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
